ARC expanded the Vitro range with the introduction of the Vitro Blooming line in 2013. These are typically sold under the Luminarc or Arcoroc brand, depending on region.

Reportedly inspired by French morning-blooming roses, this all new offering features larger lug handles for a better grasp when lifting or carrying and a step-down rim style that improves pouring and deters boil overs. The Blooming line ships with "Maestro" oven-proof glass covers featuring an arched handle.

Initially released in four sizes, each available in Amber and White, additional capacities were brought to market shortly afterward. Two new saucepans with integrated vitroceramic handles have also been produced, a shallow 1.45L and a tall 1.5L. Blooming casseroles were sold under the Visions brand in 2021.

ID'ING ARC VITROCERAMIC


Cookware sold under the Arcoflam name is commonly stamped as such on the base or detachable handle. Some Vitroflam cookware may be marked with a brand name, as well.

However, the majority of newer cookware may only be embossed with a small "France" or "Made In France" mark on or under a handle. Some recent examples also include an "ARC" mark.

Older glass covers are typically only marked with "France" on the underside, beneath the knob or around the rim. Maestro covers are usually marked with both "ARC" and "Made In France" on the underside of the rim.

NOTE: Because ARC also produces vitroceramic product for sale by third-parties, some pieces may feature additional marks. Octime cookware produced for sale by Princess House will feature "Nouveau" branding on the underside of the pot, for example.

Care should also be taken not to confuse ARC's other glass bakeware, frequently sold under the Arcopal and Luminarc brands, with vitroceramic cookware. Ordinary glass bakeware may quickly shatter when used in ways that vitroceramic can easily withstand.
